In stock items ship next business day. Pre-orders and custom pieces take 2-4 days to make depending on size and quantity.

Standard shipping $8. Free shipping on orders over $75. Delivery 5-7 business days once order is shipped. (No Rush Shipping)

Please allow 10-14 days delivery on pre-order and custom pieces.

Allow additional 2-3 days delivery time during the holidays.

All orders come with tracking information as soon as the package has shipped.

If your package is marked delivered and you didn't receive it or if package is lost in transit, please contact us via email within 3 days and we will work diligently to resolve the issue with our carrier service, however if the package cannot be located, we will replace the entire order at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
